Barclays needed to create a new app for its U.S deposit customers. The design needed to improve on the current FIS experience while prioritizing scalability for future product expansion.
I worked closely with product owners to understand user requirements and used empathy to address key user pain points through an intuitive design that simplifies the deposit process.
User testing was leveraged to validate and refine design decisions, ensuring the design resonated with the needs and preferences of the target audience.
While we prioritized the mobile app design, the same meticulous approach was applied when creating the web version, ensuring a responsive layout for a seamless user experience.
